Carlton is an internal software agent operated exclusively for authorized Visiting Media personnel (`@visitingmedia.com` and `@kaykas.com`).
With explicit OAuth 2.0 consent from the authorized user, Carlton accesses Google Workspace data (Gmail messages/drafts, Google Calendar events, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets files, and read-only Contacts) solely to provide executive briefing, scheduling context, and document drafting for Ben Powers.
OAuth tokens and workspace artifacts are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure managed by Visiting Media leadership (`jascha@kaykas.com`). Data is never sold, shared with third-party advertisers, or used to train public foundation models.
Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account Security settings or by contacting jascha@kaykas.com.
